  • Delivery
    It is our aim to provide you with a quick and reliable delivery service.
    From the placing of your order we aim to have your parcel to you within 10 - 15 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday or National holidays and not unless otherwise stated). Of course this may be sooner. We will notify you via email of delays.
    Deliveries are from Monday to Saturday (this may vary in certain areas) No deliveries on Sundays.
    All deliveries will be shipped via Royal mail/parcel force unless otherwise stated and agreed.
    We reserve the right to refuse delivery or cancel orders if full details are not given with any order.
    Free P+P is to UK mainland only. Shipping to countries outside of the UK will be subject to an additional charge which will be notified after the order is placed.
  • Returns
    In the unlikely event of you wishing to return an item to us, please ensure it is sent, insured, with ALL the components of the item intact and in their original packaging together with all documentation that accompanied your order.
  • Further to this please also attach a brief explanation pertaining to why you are returning said item and how you wish to have the matter settled.
  • Items with defects of material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option.
  • Damaged Parcel or Evidence of Theft
    If your parcel or package was damaged or pilfered whilst in transit please retain the carton or packaging and its contents intact. In the first instance report this to the delivery carrier for handling instruction. This done contact us immediately for further instructions.
  • Incorrect items
    Please contact us directly before returning any items.
  • What if I don’t like the goods once I have received them?
    Should this be the case please return them to us for credit, note however that we will charge a 10% handling fee for all returns and you will be solely responsible for the costs of returning the parcel to us.
